Gourmet Salt Flakes - Maldon Salt Company 570g - Padron Peppers

Padron Peppers (Serves 4-6 as a side)

‘Pimentos de Padrón’ a must with any tapas. These easy to prepare bright green peppers piled high sprinkled with Maldon Salt are a serious food high. A Perfect side or starter for any family BBQ or friends gathering.



  • 250-300g Padron Peppers
  • 1-2 tsp Maldon Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
  1. Heat a large pan over a high heat. Dry fry the peppers, tossing frequently for approximately 5-6 minutes. If they stick to the pan add a little oil. The Peppers are done once they are soft, blistered and slightly charred.
  2. Toss the Peppers in olive oil and season with a good sprinkle of Maldon Salt to taste.
  3. Serve as a starter or a side.
